Hollywood Royalty Descends on Sheldon College

Sheldon College was graced with a splash of Hollywood royalty on Saturday when international screen star Nicholas Hammond recounted his tales on the set of The Sound Of Music. Mr Hammond was the College’s guest of honour and he was on campus to watch students deliver a stunning tribute to 'The Sound Of Music'.

The performance was part of Sheldon College’s 'Back To The Movies' concert, in which popular cinema soundtracks were performed live and accompanied by moving images on a big screen. Mr Hammond, who was born in the U.S but now lives in Sydney, said he was thrilled to be attending the concert during 'The Sound Of Music’s' 50th anniversary year.
